Thank you to everyone who made our Old Goats Kids Who Care Loews Good Neighbor Wounded Warrior Wolfpack wheelchair basketball game and BBQ such a success. This was our third year and it is really rewarding to watch the Old Goats Kids Who Care interact with the same wounded warriors every year - they both benefit from the relationship as they move forward in school and life.

The Kids Who Care are the vision of Nancy Ratcliffe, an incredible Coronado teacher, naval officer, and parent(grand) who started some of them as her kindergarten Radical Rabbits, and with the help of Casey Tanaka, developed the program so the Kids are able to work with the Old Goats to deliver turkey dinners and otherwise relate to the wounded warriors and their families.

Loews Coronado Bay Resort and its managing director Sean Clancy are an incredible partner to the Old Goats Kids Who Care through their Good Neighbor program.

Our mayor and city council have supported the Old Goats Kids Who Care program for 10 years now and are willing to sacrifice their bodies as willing victims of the Wolfpack wheelchair basketball team every year.

It was a wonderful event which raised more than $1000 for the Wolfpack parent foundation,
