Hi Julia,

Thanks very much for the feedback. City staff is preparing formal comments from the City of Coronado back to the Port. These will be reviewed as an agenda item on the July 16 City Council meeting.

As you know, anyone can individually or in collaboration with others, submit comments on the Port Master Plan by July 31, 2019. Personally, I see a few issues with what is included in the plan for the Coronado Ferry Landing, which I will be able to articulate at the July 16 Council meeting. I have also asked the City Attorney to research the City’s Tidelands Overlay Zone (TOZ) ordinance and how it affects Port activity.
