I’m just curious as to the tree lighting ceremony this year (December 2021) - why was the tree so poorly lit? There were hardly any lights on it, and throughout the month, only the bottom portion stayed lit. Isn’t that a very sad representation of such a wonderful town? The trees all down the median are wonderfully lit, yet the town’s main tree is so sad and dark; very few lights and not a decoration to be found on it.

I love Coronado. I’m just so baffled as to why this happened in such a wealthy town.
