Regarding recent letters in the Eagle & Journal about Fox News Corp and its hold on its viewership, it will be interesting to watch not only how the $787.5 M settlement might affect their business model but also the pending suits Dominion has against Giuliani, Powell, Lindell, and Newsmax to name a few of the targets.
The firing of Tucker Carlson on Monday may be the first shoe to drop. But most problematic for Fox may be the looming $2.7 B lawsuit filed by Smartmatic which gets to use the same discovery facts that Dominion used in forcing Fox to settle for its slice of the Fox pie.
