I might be mistaken, but I thought that Coronado sidewalks were meant for walking people. They are called side“walks.” In an almost-collision incident last week, I was rudely informed that my objection to an adult-sized skateboarder nearly running me down was only because I was a “little old lady.”

Why don’t pedestrians have the right of way? Perhaps they should.

Perhaps, pedestrians should be walking in the car lanes on the street until such time as the reindeer go home? We might be safer there.
