Kathy at the age of 84, passed away on Sept. 1, 2019 at the Coronado Villa. Kathy was a resident of Coronado, California for the last 50 years.
Born in Peoria, Illinois to Paul and Anna Goldman-Ehrat, she moved to Santa Clara, California in 1950 to live with her brother, William Ehrat and his family after the death of her parents. In 1969 she relocated to Coronado, where she pursued a lifetime career as an Import Export Manager until her retirement.
Kathy was a faithful member of Sacred Heart parish for 50 years, and belonged to a social club where she mentored members in life choices and made friends for life.
Kathy is survived by her children, Jeff (Alex) Warner, Debby (David) DeMario; her cherished grandchildren Alyxia Warner, Kathy Surpitski and Christine Surpitski; and her great-grandchildren, Joey and Mylah Discenzo and Savannah Gomez.
A memorial service will be held at Sacred Heart Church at 655 C Avenue, in Coronado, CA 92118, on Saturday, Oct. 5 at 10 a.m.
Kathy Warner was a bright light in many lives, and will hold a treasured place in our hearts forever.
