Coronado SAFE will host their first Coffee Talk of the school year on Monday, Sept. 14 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. via Zoom. The topic will be on Youth and Anxiety with Tana Luo, Ph.D. The talk will offer ways to recognize anxiety in youth; real strategies for helping youth cope; issues related to the impact of COVID-19; and finish with interactive questions and answers.

Luo is a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in the treatment of childhood anxiety disorders and eating disorders. She completed her post-doctoral fellowship at the UCSD. She has previously sat on a panel to discuss anxiety in children for SAFE and is back to dive deeper into this topic.

Join the Coffee Talk and learn ways to transform your family. Register online at CoronadoSAFE.org or call 619-522-6884 for more information.
