Chances For Children ...

Santa and Mrs. Claus came to visit the Nov. 20 meeting of Chances For Children at the home of Kathie Parish. The charity minded organization will be gathering unwrapped toys for needy children to be dispersed by Father Joe’s Village. The drive begins Dec. 6 when the banner goes up. All of the toys are to be dropped off at the Coronado Fire Department, 1001 Sixth Street, and the public is encouraged to participate. We hope to have all toys by Dec. 24, just in time for Christmas, however, late toys will be accepted up to Dec. 26. For more information, email
