The Coronado Historical Association (CHA) will hold its annual meeting and election of Directors and Officers on July 17, 2020, at 5 p.m. via Virtual ZOOM Meeting. All members in good standing can vote in the election of directors and officers, as set forth in the Coronado Historical Association’s bylaws and in accordance with the California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation law.

CHA is notifying its membership of the meeting and election. There are seven Board of Directors continuing their three-year terms and four Board of Directors nominated as Directors. Any member of CHA may also present him/herself as a write-in candidate on the ballot. 

The election will be conducted by electronic closed ballot, distributed to members in good standing who have emails on file at CHA. Members who would like to receive a hard-copy ballot can request one by emailing info@coronadohistory.org or by calling 619-435-7242.
