Beach Labyrinth Walk ...

On Sunday, Oct. 3, a Beach Labyrinth Walk will be held on the beach in front of the Hotel Del Coronado. This fundraising event is sponsored by Cynthia Mendolia, a Sharp Coronado Hospital exercise specialist, Mayo Clinic certified wellness coach, and Veritas certified labyrinth facilitator. She is heading up Sharp Team Mendo for the Navy SEAL Foundation’s inaugural Teamwork Fitness Challenge on Oct. 16 in Imperial Beach.

This fundraising event is sponsored by Cynthia Mendolia, a Sharp Coronado Hospital exercise specialist, Mayo Clinic certified wellness coach, and Veritas certified labyrinth facilitator. She is heading up Sharp Team Mendo for the Navy SEAL Foundation’s inaugural Teamwork Fitness Challenge on Oct. 16 in Imperial Beach.

Jamie Edmonds will design and construct the labyrinths, beginning at 12 p.m. He is a retired firefighter/paramedic for the Coronado Fire Department and a Veritas-trained labyrinth builder, designer, and consultant. Mendolia will give guided walks through the design.
