Father Joe’s Villages, Third Annual 2K walk and family and fun, family friendly festival is San Diego’s only walk to end homelessness. Join hundreds of other supporters who are reaching out to family and friends to raise funds to help people move off the streets.

In the last ten years alone, Father Joe’s Villages has helped more than 11,000 neighbors in need move off the streets and into permanent housing, successfully ending their homelessness. By joining A Short Walk Home you can help change lives.

San Diego has one of the largest homeless populations, along with one of the lowest vacancy rates in the country. Too many of our neighbors are being pushed to life on the streets. A Short Walk Home is designed to generate awareness and funds necessary to help support our neighbors’ path to hope and self-sufficiency.

A Short Walk Home will be held on Saturday, Aug. 3 from 8 to 11 a.m. at the Spanish Landing Park, 3900 N. Harbor Drive in San Diego. Registering for A Short Walk Home is free for individuals and teams! Father Joe’s Village encourages each participant to give or raise a minimum of $50 to receive an event T-Shirt and qualify for other great prizes. You can register yourself, your team, or your company at www.fjvwalkhome.org.
