The progressive event will bring together local fashionable foodies awarding a People’s Choice Award and a Culinary Council of celebrity top chefs and food critics, awarding the Chef Flor Franco Awards for Culinary Excellence. Guests will enjoy chef tastings, both savory and sweet creations, sample craft cocktails and sips from wineries on both sides of the border followed by a three-course gourmet dinner prepared by Hotel del’s Maître Cuisinier, Patrick Ponsaty in the oceanfront Ballroom. All proceeds benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
