Local resident, Realtor and best-selling author, Shirley Smith, from Ascent Real Estate is sponsoring a free luncheon seminar on Deferred Sales Trusts, making it possible to defer the 37.1% in taxes on the sale of a residence, investment or business property. Each attendee will receive a copy of Shirley’s new book, Home Selling Secrets; money saving information and a delicious lunch catered from our own Panera.

This luncheon seminar will also feature celebrity guest speaker Robert Binkele. Binkele is a former San Francisco 49 Forty-Niners football player, a member of the Forbes Finance Council, and the CEO and Founder of the Estate Planning Team (EPT).

Binkele is an independent financial advisor and wealth manager of his independently owned and operated Centaurus Financial, Inc. branch. Binkele has been securities licensed for over 22 years with previous experience as wealth manager for J.P. Turner & Company, LLC, Brookstreet Securities Corp, Raymond James & Financial Services Inc and Spelman Securities.
