Dr. Dill’s Health And Wellness Center Announces New Additions

Dr. Donald Dill is pleased to announce the addition of Sarah Purdy to the Health and Wellness Center at 171 C Avenue. She is a graduate from the University of Florida Physician Assistant program and has past experience with emergency medicine and urgent care. Residing in the Coronado community, she is also a proud military spouse married to active USN helicopter pilot. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida in Radiologic Technology and was a licensed Radiologic Technologist for over 5 years in a trauma center before continuing her medical education. She is fully licensed and accredited as a physician assistant to treat patients of all ages and medical conditions. Alongside Dr. Dill, she is excited to serve her local community and continue to provide the complete whole body health care that has been a paramount tradition of this office for over 50 years. She will be accepting patient appointments, same day walk- in and urgent care all day, Monday thru Friday.

The center will also include the opening of Crown City Chiropractic and Sports Performance. Dr. Christopher Coulsby, a born and raised San Diegan and collegiate athlete, received his Doctorate of Chiropractic and Masters of Sports Rehabilitation and Exercise from Logan Chiropractic College, in St. Louis, Missouri. He also received his Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences. Dr. Coulsby completed his undergraduate coursework at Occidental College in Los Angeles where he was awarded a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. He completed his residency at the Southfields Health Clinic where he utilized a functional approach to best treat each patient. As a former athlete, he has seen the direct effects of chiropractic and how it can dramatically improve biomechanics and performance. His treatments range from chiropractic adjustments, functional rehabilitation exercises, Active Release Technique (ART)TM, Kinesiology Taping, LightForce LaserTM Treatment and various therapeutic modalities. He brings a comprehensive understanding of nutrition and weight loss counseling to further his patient’s goals for a healthier lifestyle and optimizing their health and performance to the Health Center.

Dr. Dena Riso of Peninsula Hearing Center in Point Loma is opening her third office location within the Health Center to further expand the services offered here. She is a San Diego native and Audiologist. Dr. Riso has worked with the hearing impaired for ten years and prides herself on continuing to care for the community.  She is also an educational Audiologist in the high school system, providing the capability to properly assess any individual’s hearing needs no matter their age, budget, lifestyle or type of hearing loss. The new Coronado Hearing Center will offer Audiology and Hearing Aid services.

Dr. Dill’s Health and Wellness Center now offers patients a more convenient way to achieve whole body health through Family Medicine, Chiropractic and Sports Performance, Audiology and Hearing Aids, Optometry and Eye Glasses, and Family Dentistry all under one award winning roof.
