Development On Orange Avenue ...

Multiple properties on the east side of Orange Avenue between fifth and sixth street have recently been completely leveled. The land, once two separate lots containing 543-555 Orange Avenue, is now being sold together as a two-parcel property. 

Along with the lot’s sale, a proposed development for the land is also in the process of obtaining building permits. The proposed development on the two-parcel, 14,000 square foot property, would include a three-story, 10-unit residential condominium complex. The complex would be comprised of all three-bedroom, three-bath units, each with square footage ranging from 1,554 to 1,736. The condos would include in-unit laundry and a garage plus a carport, and eight of the units would include roof decks. The two units without roof decks would be the front units facing Orange Avenue, and would instead have semi-private front patios. The entire complex would also include an outdoor “common space” for all residents to
