The land containing 543-555 Orange Avenue has been leveled, with a new 10-unit condominium complex being proposed for the two-parcel lot. The lot is currently for sale for $9,995,000.

Multiple properties on the east side of Orange Avenue between fifth and sixth street have recently been completely leveled. The land, once two separate lots containing 543-555 Orange Avenue, is now being sold together as a two-parcel property.
Along with the lot’s sale, a proposed development for the land is also in the process of obtaining building permits. The proposed development on the two-parcel, 14,000 square foot property, would include a three-story, 10-unit residential condominium complex. The complex would be comprised of all three-bedroom, three-bath units, each with square footage ranging from 1,554 to 1,736. The condos would include in-unit laundry and a garage plus a carport, and eight of the units would include roof decks. The two units without roof decks would be the front units facing Orange Avenue, and would instead have semi-private front patios.
