On July 18, 2019, the California Optometric Association (COA) announced that Dr. Robert L. Grazian, O.D. has been named the president of the San Diego County Optometric Society. Grazian is a practicing optometrist in Santee for over 30 years.

“I am honored to have been selected by my colleagues to represent San Diego’s optometrists and patients as president of the San Diego County Optometric Society,” said Grazian. “I look forward to this opportunity to advocate for the profession of optometry and help shape policies that will expand access to eye care and benefit our patients’ overall health and wellness.”

Grazian owns Santee Vision Care Center Optometry where he specializes in general optometry and ocular therapeutics. He attended the University of Illinois at Urbana and received his O.D. from the Illinois College of Optometry before becoming an optometrist with the United States Air Force.

Grazian and his wife Julie reside in Coronado, and their two children were educated within the Coronado Unified School District.
