Chris Probasco, a third generation Coronadan, has joined Real Living Napolitano Real Estate as a team partner with David Udell, an award winning Coronado real estate veteran of 26 years.

“I couldn’t be more pleased to welcome Chris to Napolitano and work with him in building on my legacy in Coronado,” says Udell. “Chris joins the company after 20+ years of faith-based non-profit work. We’re combining my expertise in Coronado real estate with his energy, people skills, and international business experience to provide a truly unique Coronado real estate experience.”

After college, Probasco began his career developing cutting-edge youth outreach programs for large churches in the Pacific Northwest and Silicon Valley. During the last 15 years he pioneered an international non-profit business that facilitated English immersion and cultural exchange between northern Spain and the USA. Chris and his family led the organization in San Sebastian Spain from 2009 - 2013, after which they moved home where he further honed his leadership skills as the Oregon and California Regional Director.

Chris’s roots go back far in Coronado. After the unexpected passing of his parents during World War II, Chris’s father, John Probasco, and his siblings were taken in as children by their aunt Helen and uncle Leo Hansen and raised in the historical English Tudor home at 711 A Avenue. John, an elementary school teacher, later owned Coronado Yacht Sales. His mother Susan (Parker) Probasco, the daughter of a Pearl Harbor survivor, managed the Karate school on Tenth and C, and was active in Rotary. Coincidentally, Susan graduated Coronado High School the same year as broker Michel Napolitano.

Chris’s wife Megan, originally from Minnesota, is a Spanish high school teacher who works in the front office at Coronado High School. In their free time Chris and Megan enjoy water activities with their three children Leila (11), Mimi (9) and Curren (7) and feel very blessed to call Coronado home. Their family attends Park Hill Church in Liberty Station and have connections to the Christian faith community in Coronado and San Diego. Chris is a graduate of Coronado High School, a Coronado water polo alumni and graduated from Multnomah University in Portland, Oregon with a degree in Biblical Theology.
