Cam and Missy Cameron, two of the most well-known and respected names in San Diego, have decided to align their talents with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties. Cam is familiar to many pro football fans as he was the offensive coordinator for the Chargers during the LaDainian Tomlinson years, and had a noteworthy career in the NFL as well as at the college level.

If Missy Cameron is a familiar name, it’s likely due to her charity work or phenomenal reputation as a real estate professional. Over the past 30 years, she has been licensed in Michigan, Virginia, and California, as the family moved to follow Cam’s career.

With extensive experience in real estate listing and sales, management and investment, acquisition, renovation, and reselling, Missy Cameron has a comprehensive knowledge of the San Diego market, which made affiliating with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties an easy choice.

“We felt at home here with Coronado Branch Manager Joe Campagna and CEO and President Mary Lee Blaylock,” said Missy Cameron. “The brokerage has an array of support services that will drive our business forward and help us serve our clients effectively. Everyone has been great, and their success is proof of that. When you pick the right people, everything falls into place.”

“We’re proud to have Cam and Missy here. Their commitment to the highest standards of personal integrity makes them an excellent fit for the culture in our office, and our company,” said Compagna.

As a former real estate office manager and trainer, Missy Cameron has direct, personal experience with real estate sales-team management. Having managed the relocation process on numerous occasions, as she and Cam Cameron moved around the country, she also has firsthand experience selecting undervalued properties in need of renovation, developing a vision for the remodeling process, taking projects to completion, and reselling for a profit.

Cam and Missy Cameron have been active real estate investors for many years, and homeowners in California since 2001. Cam Cameron’s interest and knowledge of the industry grew from watching Missy’s career over the past three decades, and he said the emotional rewards that come from helping people were a motivating factor in choosing to focus on real estate full time.

“To say we found what we were looking for in a brokerage is a bit of an understatement. This is a first-class organization that occupies the top of the market, locally, regionally, nationally, and globally,” said Cam Cameron.

His comment points to the fact that he and wife Missy are focusing their energies on developing a referral network, serving their numerous personal contacts, nationally and globally, along with their vast experiences on how to purchase, renovate, resell, and relocate successfully.

Cam and Missy Cameron have been involved with many charitable organizations in all the places they have lived, including Rotary International, Boys & Girls Clubs, Catholic Charities, WonderLab Children’s Museum, and Legacies Alive. Golf is a shared interest for Cam and Missy Cameron, as they have participated in many charity events and coordinated their own tournament when Cam Cameron was the head coach at Indiana University. They have four children and are looking forward to watching two of them play college football this year.

Cam and Missy Cameron love helping people achieve their goals and guiding them through the real estate transaction process. They can be reached at 619-762-7878.
