Art & Frames will host an Art History Lecture on Thursday, Sept. 12, on the Meaning and Metaphor: Marc Chagall. Trisha Zetterberg, owner of Art & Frames will lead this informal talk beginning at 11:30 a.m. at the store location, 936 Orange Avenue.
