Coronado SAFE is hosting their first Coffee Talk of the school year on Monday, Sept. 9, 2019, in the Coronado Unified School District board room, 201 Sixth Street. The speaker will be Dr. Colleen Mullen, PsyD, LMFT, who will be speaking on Surviving the School Year: Conquering Chaos in the Family. Coffee Talk begins at 8:30 a.m.

In this Coffee Talk, Mullen will offer ways to transform your family by mastering family transitions, learning tips and tricks to de-stressing the whole family, recognizing red flags (when to be concerned for your child), and brushing up on time management strategies.

Mullen is the founder of the Coaching Through Chaos private practice and the host of the podcast of the same name. She is also the co-host of the Shrin2Shrink Podcast and a columnist for The B Quarterly Magazine and author of “Stop Bitching, Just Lead! The 60-Day Plan for Embracing Your Inner Leader.” Her work and writing has been featured on over 150 websites/podcasts/radio and tv shows including NY Post, Martha Stewart Weddings, PsychCentral and the Huffington Post.

Mullins Orthodontics is the proud sponsor of Coffee Talks.

In order to continue providing coffee talk events with qualified and dynamic presenters who incite dialogue about important issues in our community, Coronado SAFE is asking for a suggested donation of $10.
