The state Route 75 Medians Project will reconstruct the existing medians along the state route between Pomona Avenue and R. H. Dana Place as landscaped medians. The City also is negotiating with the contractor to add the existing median on Pomona Avenue at SR 75 and reconstruct it as a landscaped median as well.

At this time, construction is anticipated to begin on Monday, Dec. 2. The work is required by the California Department of Transportation, which manages the state highway, to be conducted at night.

The City will work to ensure the project is completed as quickly as possible; it is currently estimated that construction will be completed in early January.
