Going back to school can be a tough transition for a lot of kids, no matter a child’s age or if they’ve been to school before. It’s our goal to help you make sure your kids are equipped with the tools and skills they need to make it a truly great year.

Because the start of the school year can be difficult for kids and parents alike, SAFE is offering individual coaching sessions to address any worries, fears or hesitations that your children may be expressing. SAFE’s professional counselors are available to provide a one hour coaching session around a singular issue, ongoing therapy if recommended and desired and/or referrals to credible and reliable resources off-island if needed. Registration is required. Screening will be provided by SAFE’s Clinical Director.

For next steps and to schedule an appointment to see a counselor, please contact SAFE. Email SAFE at counseling@coronadosafe.org or call us at 619-478-4066. Expect a reply within one to two business days.
