This event serves as the Chamber’s Annual Community Awards, including the local Police Officer of the Year, Firefighter of the Year, Lifeguard of the Year, City Employee of the Year and Naval Base Coronado Firefighter of the Year. Additionally, the Chamber will induct their 2019-2020 Board of Directors and will present their selected Volunteer of the Year and Lewis R. Hardy, Jr. Award for service to the community.

Coronado’s best local restaurants will be on site serving up their favorite fresh dishes all in one place. Accompanying the delicious fare will be refreshing beer and wine, coffee, gelato, amazing silent auction items from local businesses, and the chance to thank local police officers, firefighters, lifeguards and city employees!
The Chamber is thrilled to welcome chefs from our new local restaurants: ALBACA from the Coronado Island Marriot Resort and Spa, Serea from the Hotel del Coronado, and Feast & Fairway, along with returning favorites: Crown Landing at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort, Brigantine, and Blue Bridge Hospitality. Each restaurant will be sending their Chef along with specialty dishes. The food is guaranteed to be fresh and delicious and will be accompanied by beer and wine with coffee from Amalo Brew and delicious gelato from Gelato Paradiso.

This event is open to the public with tickets on sale now for just $65. The Chamber is also asking the community to help “Host a Hero” by purchasing a special $50 ticket so that a Coronado firefighter, police officer, lifeguard or city employee can attend the event for free. Get your tickets before they’re gone on the Chamber’s website or by calling 619-435-9260. You can also sponsor a hero to attend directly on the Chamber website.

Businesses interested in sponsoring the event or donating to the auction are encouraged to call the Chamber office. Special thanks to California American Water, our Celebration Sponsor, The City of Coronado, the Coronado Eagle & Journal Newspapers plus SDG&E, Ferry Landing, and Cal Private Bank!
