Beginning Monday, Dec. 2, parking will be free in the City’s commercial corridor. “Parking Meter Holidays” will run through Wednesday, Dec. 25, this year. Parking in the business district will be free for up to 2 hours to promote local holiday shopping.

Please note that most of the meters in the business district have 2-hour limits, however, some are 12 minutes, and a select few have 4 and 8-hour time limits. Time limits will be enforced. Make sure to read your meter and follow the free posted limit.

The free parking was approved at the annual request of the Coronado Chamber of Commerce by the City Council.
