Grand Caribe Shoreline Park Day ...

On Friday, July 30, the community celebrated 25 years with Grand Caribe Shoreline Park Day, where more than 100 people came together in the park. There were many booths set up by various groups that focus on protecting the environment, such as Emerald Keepers and the Audubon Society, there was an artist who worked on her easel, and food was offered to all. The grounds of the park had been painstakingly cared for by the members of the Silver Strand Beautification Project (SSBP) and the Audubon Society. Pictured from left are Sheltering Wings artist Christopher Slatoff, founding members of SSBP Liza Butler and Mary Berube, and city councilmember Mike Donovan.
