The EDCO Coronado Spring Cleanup Event will continue to take place during the week of May 18 through May 22. Simply place the items you’d like picked up out on the curb with your regular trash containers on your regularly scheduled collection day during the cleanup event.

Residents may dispose of unwanted items such as broken appliances, water heaters, furniture, old mattresses, tree branches (must be tied into bundles and must not exceed two feet in diameter or four feet in length) and other miscellaneous household bulky items that are too large or too heavy to place in your trash cart on collection day.

Debris from contractors, landscapers or commercial businesses will not be accepted.

Free Mulch! Once again EDCO will have mulch available, beginning May 18 at 9 a.m., at no cost for self-load/self-haul on the corner of A Avenue and Second Street, by the Little League field, for Coronado residents only.

Come early and bring a shovel to get your mulch while it lasts! If you plan to haul your mulch in an open truck or trailer, please remember to bring a tarp to cover your material.

Please remember to practice social distancing, wear a mask, and wait if another person is loading their mulch.
