Community Blood Drive Supporting The San Diego Blood Bank

Did you know that donating blood can help save three lives? Join Sharp Coronado Hospital for a community blood drive in support of the San Diego Blood Bank. The blood drive will take place on Friday, Sept.6, from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Sandermann Education Center, 265 Soledad Place.

Donors must be 17 years old or older and weight 114 pounds or more. Donors are advised to drink plenty of fluids prior to donation. Maintain usual eating habits on the day of donation, avoiding fatty foods if possible. All donors must show picture identification.

  • 4 Be Nice. No racism, sexism or any sort of -ism that is degrading to another person.
