Coronado invites the community to the first of two public workshops it will hold related to the development of a Climate Action Plan. The first meeting is set for Wednesday, Sept. 4, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Library’s Winn Room, 640 Orange Avenue. The second meeting will be held following a City Council update in October and a community questionnaire in November. Once a date has been selected, the community will be informed. A Climate Action Plan will provide a road map for reductions in greenhouse gas emissions and plan for a sustainable future.
