NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Historic Resource Commission of the City of Coronado at the City Hall Council Chambers located at 1825 Strand Way, Coronado, California on Wednesday, August 4, 2021, at 3 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible to consider the following items:

HR 2021-13 761 I Avenue: Request for a Determination of Historic Significance at 761 I Avenue located in the R-1B (Single Family Residential) Zone.

HR 2020-12 617 10th Street: Request for a Determination of Historic Significance at 617 10th Street located in the R-1A (Single Family Residential) Zone.

HR 2021-14 756 F Avenue: Request for a Determination of Historic Significance at 756 F Avenue located in the R-3 (Multiple Family Residential) Zone.

HAP 2021-07 761 G Avenue: Request for a Historic Alteration Permit at 761 G Avenue located in the R-3 (Multiple Family Residential) Zone.

HAP 2021-08 800 1st Street: Request for a Historic Alteration Permit at 800 1st Street, including a request for an exception to parking standards, located in the R-1A (Single Family Residential) Zone.

At said hearing, any interested person may present testimony orally or in writing. Under California Government Code 65009, if you challenge the nature of the proposed action(s) in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or written correspondence delivered to the City at, or prior to, the public hearing.

COVID-19 LOCAL EMERGENCY

Pursuant to Governor Newsom's Executive Orders N-25-20, N-29-20 and N-33-20, members of the Coronado Historic Resource Commission and staff may participate in public meetings via teleconference.

Historic Resource Commission Meetings are broadcast live on Spectrum Channel 19 and AT&T Channel 99 on the day of the meeting and rebroadcast intermittently until the next meeting. The meetings can also be streamed live on the City's website.

Members of the public may submit written comments online at the link below. Please note that all written comments will be posted on the City's website in lieu of being read aloud at the meeting. Please submit your comment no later than 11:00 a.m. on the day of the Historic Resource Commission Meeting to allow for distribution and posting.
